You must be physically able to ride and stay on a horse safely (in extreme cases it is staff decision). Let us know if you have any issues.

Traffic depending, it would be safe to leave an hour to an hour and a half before check-in time (30 minutes prior to activity start time).

15min prior to start time is the HARD arrival deadline with no refund. We have a 48-hour cancellation policy, meaning that if you cancel within 48 hours of your tour start time, there will be no refund given. Rainouts/cancellations due to weather are at company discretion.

Our trail is a guided walking trail along the beach. The sand in Hawaii is too deep for the horses to go faster than a walk. Safety is our top priority for both our guests and horses, so we do not permit trotting or cantering.
